At the Democratic presidential debate on Saturday, Hillary Clinton said,

And we also need to make sure that the really discriminatory messages that Trump is sending around the world don’t fall on receptive ears. He is becoming ISIS’s best recruiter. They are going to people showing videos of Donald Trump insulting Islam and Muslims in order to recruit more radical jihadists.

In other words, according to Hillary Clinton, we should let into the country people so civilized that, if we insult them, they will join a group that is trying to kill us.

If we ‘insult’ Islam by pointing out that Islam demands the killing of blasphemers, then Muslims who are currently ‘moderate’—who allegedly reject the notion that Islam demands the killing of blasphemers—will join a group that is trying to kill us. So Hillary Clinton wants Americans to submit instead. A ‘Muslim’ is ‘one who submits’.
